Program will offer formal dresses for high school girls
ATHENS — Rebecca Kirtman was 16 when she was tragically killed in a car accident in Florida. In her 16-years of life she inspired many and spurred on an effort which continues to provide formal dresses to young women who can not afford to purchase them for prom, or other high school formal dances.
